Terms of use
In force since 27 August 2026.
7ODAY is an iPhone app developed by Jose Pedro Franco Moreno (trading as Juice Studio), a sole trader in Spain. By downloading and using it you accept these terms.
1. What 7ODAY is, and isn’t
7ODAY is for seeing your week, writing down what you have to do each day and marking it as done.
7ODAY isn’t a project manager or a team tool: there’s no collaboration, no assigning tasks, no hierarchies. It isn’t a habit app either: there are no streaks and no goals to hit.
2. Free plan and Premium
You can use 7ODAY without paying, with a cap on how many unfinished tasks you can have at a time, counting all seven days together. The current cap is shown inside the app. That cap only stops you creating new tasks: it never stops you completing, reopening or deleting what you already have.
7ODAY Premium lifts that cap and adds iCloud sync, a daily reminder, analytics of what you’ve completed, the large widget, a light or dark app icon and the optional weekly reset. It’s offered as a one-time purchase or an annual auto-renewing subscription; the price and the option are shown in the app before you confirm.
3. Billing, renewal and cancellation
Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. If you choose the annual subscription, it renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and it’s charged to your Apple account.
You cancel in your iPhone’s Settings, under your name, in Subscriptions. Neither the app nor we can cancel it for you. Refunds are decided by Apple under its own terms.
If you stop having Premium, you lose nothing you already have: what gets limited is what you can add from then on, and you can still complete and reopen what’s there.
4. Your data and your responsibility
What you write in the app is yours. It’s stored on your device and, if you turn sync on, in your own iCloud account. How data is handled is explained in the privacy policy.
Keep backups of your device: deleting the app deletes its local data, and deleting a task is final within the app.
5. Availability and changes
The app is distributed through the App Store and requires a supported version of iOS, stated on the listing. We may update the app, change features or stop maintaining it; if that affected something you had bought, it would be announced with reasonable notice.
6. Warranties and liability
The app is provided as is, with no warranty that it’s free of errors. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app. None of this affects the rights consumer law gives you.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the consumer rules of the country where you live. For any communication: hola@juice-studio.com.
